Implement XMTP to Email notification using Notifi x XMTP bridge

At the moment, there are problems at Notifi side.

• with their example project (junitest.xyz, used in https://github.com/nimesh-notifi/xmtp-inbox-web/tree/xmtp-notifi) things were working in May, but no notification email received since 1st of June
• with our own project (testludobosondapp on Development / testludobosondapp2 on Production) registration does not complete (XMTP alerts switch button always goes back to OFF)

... we're waiting for Notifi support (via Discord) on this issue
