Putting this up here to get some feedback. It's a modified version of some filters I'm using on several different sites to redirect and rewrite feeds to a new URL. I use this mostly to redirect feeds to feedburner.
I kept it procedural but can also see it as it's own class. As a class, you could instantiate the object with your new feed and then pass whitelisted user agents through a method.
Feel free to tear it apart.
