Add ability to reschedule well #242

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be helpful to be able to move an entire well or batch of wells. Moving the entire completion set for a given time period to another period, as well as the constraints that are associated with the well and the nodes/connections.
Describe the solution you'd like
User writes something like model.network.reschedule_well(well_name='well_1', from_date='01/01/2020', to_date='01/01/2025')
and this moves around all constraints, nodes and connections.
