Heart Rate Monitor
                             ------------------

   Description

      This is a Heart Rate Monitor app for use with ANT+ Heart Rate Sensors
      on the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) platform.

      Rather than other apps that simply report the current heart rate and a
      final average, Heart Rate Monitor will provide beat-by-beat logging and
      reporting, including session performance statistics.

   Hardware Requirements

      1. Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) Handset
      2. ANT+ Connectivity
      3. ANT+ Heart Rate Sensor

   Software Requirements

      1. "ANT+ Radio Service" on handset (free download on Google Play)
      2. Depending on handset, may require a vendor-specific ANT+ app
      
   Build Environment

      1. JDK 6 or higher (compiler compliance level set to 1.6)
      2. Android 2.3.3 SDK (API10)
