Can't sign in to database from android phone

I have been using KeePass 2.59 since 2023 on my PC to store passwords and have KeePassDroid 2.6.9.2 on my Samsung S23 for remote access. Great programs. For the past couple months I haven't been able to sign into the database from my phone. After entering my PW, I get a message 'File not found. Try reopening from your computer.'
