Update all references to .ai-team/ in squad.agent.md and spawn templates to use .squad/ instead.

Scope

• Per issue Rename .ai-team/ to .squad/ with backward-compatible migration #69 audit: 745 occurrences across 123 files
• All path references in spawn templates must update
• Team root detection checks both paths for backward compatibility
• Update all file operation paths

Acceptance Criteria

• All .ai-team/ references updated to .squad/ in squad.agent.md
• Spawn templates reference .squad/
• Team root detection checks both paths
• Tests pass for agent initialization
