Requires manual gh CLI closure (repo underscore org name resolution blocker). Elrond research: Agency Teams MCP (~26 Graph ops) for deterministic chat/channel automation; WorkIQ for cross-M365 intelligence layer. Recommendation: Add agency mcp teams to config, keep WorkIQ.
