Tile animation only works for animation's start tile #1

In VERGE, any tile in an animation sequence will be animated according to the sequence. In XNAVERGE, you must use the first tile in the sequence if you want it to animate. I honestly forgot VERGE did it the other way when implementing animation; I might wait and see if any legacy games actually used this feature before correcting it.
