there are only 139 Routing Keys, some Unique Identifier were missing, fix tests

There are only 139 Routing Keys, only D6W has to be handeled separately form ANN
ANW ANNN is D6W ANNN, add test case D6W V593.
Update documentation: add missing Unique Identifiers NNNA, NANN, ANNA, AANA and ANNN
Fix tests, because A12 is not a valid Routing Key by combining A[B]CD with 9876, (B is not allowed)
