Description of Change
Further optimisations to be able to synchronise roHtmlWidget changes for show and hide with other widgets. Also includes a couple of fixes for Nexus for show not applying the correct blend equation and HideSourceColor/HideSourceAlpha being set incorrectly so when transparent we get black instead of transparency.
These changes are needed together with compositor pause changes in Nexus, Weston and BSApp.
