help and man pages, error reports

would be ideal to write tiny minimalist -h text, man page, and to probably show the help content if someone runs nosuspend without any command following it.

Perhaps not as important as more work on guitarix or all sorts of other important things, but just marking as an issue for someday. ;)

Okay, I've added a small help text and parser for the -h arg.
Writing a man page isn't my cup of coffee, so I leave this issue open, maybe someone will write a man page once. Then we could close it.
