Odd Flickering effect

Hay i added this mod to my client and when i place a block from the Progressive Automation mod down with this mod installed it causes a flickering effect on the leaves of trees.

I am using optifine D5 and shaders core though the flickering still happens even with shaders turned off.
Forge version is .1502 for minecraft 1.8
