• Bump version 0.2.4 to 0.2.5 across all manifests (Cargo.toml, pyproject.toml, package.json)
• Finalize CHANGELOG.md with v0.2.5 release section
• Replace GitHub-specific admonitions with portable blockquotes in Python and Node.js READMEs for PyPI/npm compatibility

Changes included since v0.2.4

• Upgrade zip 7.x to 8.0, tempfile to 3.25, pyo3 to 0.28.2
• Replace deprecated DateTime::to_time() with time::PrimitiveDateTime conversion
• Add time as direct dependency
