Summary

  • Remove the `CodeQL` badge from the README banner.
  • Root cause: `codeql.yml` is `disabled_manually` on this repo because we use GitHub's default CodeQL setup, which does not expose a workflow-file badge URL. The badge was rendering as "no status" instead of green.
  • Security scanning itself is unchanged — default setup keeps running.

Banner now carries four badges (Proof, Wheel smoke, License, Python).

Test plan

  • `uv run pytest -q` — 210 passing
  • Confirm README renders cleanly on GitHub after merge

reusability 86 86 0
accessibility_risk 70 70 0

Generated by RADE GitHub Action.

The codeql.yml workflow is disabled_manually on buildrr89/rade-engine
because the repo uses GitHub's default CodeQL setup (which has no
workflow-file badge URL). Badge rendered "no status" instead of green.
Security scanning is unchanged.
