Summary

  • `action.yml` default `python-version` changed from `"3.14"` to `"3.12"`. 3.14 isn't universally cached on GitHub-hosted runners yet — consumers paid a cold `setup-python` download on every run. 3.12 matches our declared `requires-python = ">=3.12"` floor.
  • `.playwright-cli/` added to `.gitignore` — local `rade analyze --url` runs leave trace/console artifacts there.

Supersedes #4 (which was based on a misread of `requires-python` and would have pinned to `3.14.3`). Maintainers who want newer can still set `python-version: "3.14.3"` in their own workflow.

Test plan

  • `uv run pytest -q` — 210 passing
  • Wheel smoke matrix still exercises 3.12/3.13/3.14 on PR

… #51)

Python 3.14 is not yet universally cached on GitHub-hosted runners, so
external consumers of the Action paid a cold setup-python download on
every run. 3.12 matches requires-python and removes that tax.
.playwright-cli/ trace artifacts from local rade analyze --url runs are
now gitignored.
