Rewrite to the 4.0.0 API.
Known issues:
Listening for devices being added/removed doesn't work. I have no idea why/very rarely the "add device" will trigger, but it's incredibly intermittent and barely related to devices being turned on/off. I have never seen remove trigger at any point in testing.
Position-based calls (Position, PositionWithDuration, HwPositionWithDuration) are mostly not implemented pending a new API version that at least includes HwPositionWithDuration.
