Fixed incorrect plotting of quantitative signals.
Trackster now has an export button that loads an export menu. Users can select the format to download the screenshot in (PDF, SVG, or PNG). The user can also select which labels to include (coordinate labels, y-axis labels, and track names). All currently displayed data is re-rendered in SVG. For conversion to PDF or PNG, the SVG is sent to the external sight 'highcharts.com' for conversion in the same way that charts currently does. This should be replaced with conversion functionality in Galaxy in the future.

@msauria I suppose you may want to open the pull request on https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy , not on this repository. |

Used canvas2svg library to piggyback on current painters, fixing minor incompatibilities. Reloads all currently visualized data, plotting as SVG still using current tiling scheme and transforming g elements to recapitulate html formatting. An export button in the trackster menu pulls up an export menu allowing selection of output format (PDF, SVG, or PNG), and which labels to include (coordinates, y-axis labels, and track labels). PDF and PNG formats are currently sent to highcharts.com for conversion and download (ala charts).
