lambda proxy support

As far as I know proxy type lambda expects a json in form of "headers", "body", "isBase64Encoded", etc. in the response.

At this point, the runtime doesn’t interfere with the raw payloads to/from the Lambda service; it’s up to you to decode the raw input bytes and encode the raw output bytes.

Convenience methods for popular use cases is planned, but unlikely anytime soon.
