This pull request includes changes to the GitHub Actions workflows and the
setup.pyfile to update environment variables, dependencies, and the JFrog CLI setup. The most important changes include updates to the build and publish workflow, the Frogbot scan workflows, and the package dependencies.Updates to build and publish workflow:
