components: Text format describes import/export types with information not present in binary

This is an issue in the same vein as https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wasm-tools/issues/588 where this will be fixed once https://github.com/WebAssembly/component-model/pull/29 is implemented. In the meantime I wanted to file this issue so I can write FIXMEs in various tests
