Go bindings generator incompatible with "nominal type ids"

In #1526 I'm switching bindings generators to using the generate_nominal_type_ids method by default. My hope was that this wouldn't break preexisting generators, but it looks like the Go generator is broken. I'm disabling it for Go for now but wanted to file this to investigate in the future.

Question: what harm is there in not using generate_nominal_type_ids?

On one hand not much harm. On the other hand avoiding this method means that you can't have a map of TypeId-to-thing anywhere in the generator because that otherwise doesn't work when it's imported/exported (and needs to generate two types). The intention of this method is to make generating bindings easier, and it'd also be best to have all generators use it uniformly if possible. Not something urgent to get to, but still something worth doing at some point.
