Record and replay hand poses

Resurrect https://github.com/dmarcos/aframe-motion-capture-components we had some years ago that worked as a plugin for aframe inspector.
My use case today is to record hand poses, so the hand joints position/rotation during an XR session and replay the record on desktop. I'm interested with an integration with handy-controls https://github.com/AdaRoseCannon/handy-work and not just tracked-controls.
