💡 What: Added .accessibilityLabel and .help modifiers to the process action menu in ProcessesView.swift and the open window button in MenuBarView.swift.
🎯 Why: Icon-only controls are inaccessible to VoiceOver users without explicit labels, and provide no context to mouse users without hover tooltips.
📸 Before/After: N/A
♿️ Accessibility: VoiceOver will now announce "Process Actions" and "Open full window", and mouse users will see a tooltip when hovering over the process actions menu.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5663027199134462143 started by @acebytes

Added `.accessibilityLabel` and `.help` modifiers to the process action menu in `ProcessesView.swift` and the open window button in `MenuBarView.swift`.
This fixes accessibility issues where VoiceOver could not read the elements and mouse users had no context.
