Japanese characters are garbled on Flash/Flex(swf) #7
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. access to a web page contains Japanese-lettered swf.
2. then, Japanese characters are garbled on Flash. (maybe Flex only?)
3. if PPAPI turns off (on chrome://plugins), works fine.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
