What does this PR do?

Summary by cubic

Upgraded React and React DOM to 19.2.3 in the Companion app and aligned TypeScript type packages. This cleans up dependencies and makes builds more consistent.

  • Dependencies
    • Bumped react and react-dom to 19.2.3.
    • Moved @types/react and @types/react-dom to devDependencies and pinned to 19.2.3.
    • Removed type packages from runtime dependencies.
    • Updated bun.lock to reflect changes.

Written for commit cc4582e. Summary will update automatically on new commits.
