Google Analytics was not recording traffic. This was due to a wrong path in conf.py and a missing template file. These have now been added.
When inspecting the content of the page,
<script async="" src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id=GTM-KNX3CJC"></script>is now visible.
