James I think dropping this is worth a quick email to cloud-init@lists.laundpad.net to confirm that nobody in the community is currently using these cloud-tests in CI. I don't think there are, but it's possible that that debian or centos folks could have been using this |

Thank you for this, and the announcment to cloud-init mailing list here. Given no negative response for existing community consumers, we can drop this as functionality has been replicated in the new integration test framework
