Install Capact Dashboard as a part of Capact installation

Description

Add UI as Capact component to the Helm charts.

• Subchart in Capact helm chart: Include Dashboard in Capact installation #602
  • Make sure the CLI and capact.upgrade manifests are updated
  • Create Ingress for it
  • Update NOTES.txt for Capact installation
• Remove default values in Capact Dashboard login form (at least login and password, we can consider keeping the URL): Prepare UI for deployment as a part of Capact installation dashboard#17
  • Consider making the Gateway URL variadic (ignore username and password ofc), passed to the nginx container as env/file - see e.g. https://www.bencode.net/posts/react-build/ or https://blog.risingstack.com/create-react-app-runtime-env-cra/ or https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/how-to-implement-runtime-environment-variables-with-create-react-app-docker-and-nginx-7f9d42a91d70/
• Add document highlighting that we have Capact Dashboard in docs Prepare documentation for Dashboard website#94
  • Content ideas: short description, that this is installed by default, screenshot, current set of features, link to Dashboard repo, how to run it locally (?)
  • Figure out in which category it should be placed
  • Maybe we should have CLI and UI under the same category?

Reason

UI is the easiest way to manage (create, run, delete) Actions. And we already have some very initial version, we can make it available for everyone.

As a System User, I want to have an easy way to create and run Capact Actions.
