Would it be possible to have a simple working example that shows how to create/read a message?

I've created a couple of recipes under the wiki for converting arenas to bytes and bytes to arenas. By "bytes", I mean array of BytesR type or array of BytesB type (BytesR and BytesB are opaque types that mask Uint8Array to enforce read-only semantics on BytesR--see @capnp-js/bytes). These "bytes" are your message (bytes[0] contains the message's root pointer at positions 0 through 8).
