python bindings seem to install deprecated egg distribution instead of wheel

Any ideas why installing with: make install3 is creating and installing an egg package, rather than wheel one? (Eggs have been deprecated for years now...)

python setup.py install (what install3 does) totally bypasses pip, which is where the wheel stuff usually gets integrated. I honestly don't know much about how setuptools tries to do installations but pip is generally what you want. pip install . should do it correctly?

I also noticed that on my machine, the install script also give the wrong name of capstone. instead of capstone.dll. Not sure why this happens, probably due to a non-standard path problem, as noted in a past SO answer.

It should be straight forward to make setup.py for making a normal pip installable. AFAIR, pip install . is the same as development, so would become an sdist again, but not an egg, at least. I think most people would prefer to have the normal pypi regularly updated and working with pip install capstone, which I guess would need (pip) to build the wheels for a few platforms, like Win,OSX, linux.

(the normal pypi is regularly updated and working with pip install capstone as often as quynh tells me to update it, for example, this morning. there's wheels for linux/windows but not for mac bc I don't have a mac)
