build the library: obj/libPmtRoot.so cd obj; make; cd ../
see runLow bash script for how to run lowAna example analysis on the raw data file on PDSF /project/projectdirs/captain/data/2017/pdsOutput/pmtChainLow.root with tree pmtTree an example of a lowAna output file is in same PDSF directory lowAna-pmtChainLow.root
be sure to use rootlogin.C to load obj library
