Xgenes and Ygenes removed?

Hi,

It's less of an "issue" and more of a general question:
I noticed the structure of SignatuR changed.
Among other things, the list items XGenes and YGenes disappeared.
I found it very useful and relied on it for some analyses.
Is there a specific reason why they were removed?

Again, no issue, I can just use an old version of SignatuR.
