Flaky DictionaryAdapter XML unit test `ReferenceBehaviorTestCase.WithAttributeOnInterface.NestedReference_NonNestedPrimary`

From a recent AppVeyor CI build log:

1) Failed : 
Castle.Components.DictionaryAdapter.Xml.Tests.ReferenceBehaviorTestCase+WithAttributeOnInterface.NestedReference_NonNestedPrimary
  Expected: True
  But was:  False

That test has recently become flaky during the AppVeyor Windows test run; apparently after installing the .NET 10 SDK. Not sure if those two are connected.
