NuGet.org automatic publishing missing `Castle.Windsor.Extensions.Hosting`

The Windsor repo now publishes 9 packages, however a new package added in 6.0.0 wasn't automatically published because it's not listed in appveyor.yml.

Need someone to make a fix to publish all non-symbol packages to nuget.org without manually maintaining this. Ideally we'd move to GitHub Actions which should make it easier.
