先別 merge ，這個 PR 會讓原來用 apache 開發的開發者有點煩惱，但會讓不用 php 、使用 docker 的人很方便。直接 make build, make run 即可架出網頁。想要參與專案者可使用這個 PR 。
使用 apache 者需要做一點調整，這裡需要專業人士的建議。我在猜把 report 資料夾複製或建立連結到 www 資料夾？
