Allow users to edit their own cv

This requires:

• User login
• User associated with imported cvs in admin

We need to consider user capabilities to add projects and edit them (have a 'user' field on projects too?) - the same project may be added to multiple cvs.

A basic usable implementation of this feature would take me less than four hours, including the addition of the login and a suitable front end menu and forms.
