When browsing project experience via the web, we can can click into a theme / category to drill down into a list, and then into a project page, e.g.
https://production.crossculturalconsult.com/projects/project/external-monitoring-panel-tangguh-lng-project-adb/
When we hit 'back' on that project page from our browser, however, the list is reset to 0, so users have to drill down again to arrive at the same place.
Is there some way to allow users to 'back' into the list? If not, can we make the default link behaviour for that bottom tier to be 'open in a new window' (so as to preserve the open list session)?
