Added kubernetes manifest files for Azure and Minikube. Please take a look at
/manifestsfor more details.Also added a
sample_datadirectory that allows the building of asample-datacontainer which can be used for development.Still need to do a security pass on k8s configuration and determine good methods to load production data and production credentials.
