Page content not loaded

Currently if I logged in as USER role, it will go to /protected path. which is correct. but when I click other page for example users page (/protected/user) is is not loading 'child' of user page. but still showing the /protected page.

same goes for ADMIN role which path is /manage. when click on users page (/manage/users) it is showing content of /manage

I did try use url /manage/users manually the page seems like not loaded
