Support of database for development

currently I am using postgres as the database. this is good but you need at least to host the db somewhere.

Create a docker compose file to make it the easiest way to start development database.

Also make prisma schema for sqlite so that there are option to people that dont want to have docker in their development and still able to develop.

I guess we have to refactor the schema a bit in order to support sqlite as a provider. So, maybe create another schema with a suffix .sqliteexample.
