DSMR not found, will use Z dimension error + NaN MAE

I downloaded and setup new data from the Jacksonville data from Spacenet.ai and set it up according to the requirements. However, even after the a JAX_[AOI_ID].dsm existing, I am still getting a "DSMR not found, will use Z dimension error."

Additionally, while training s-nerf, I am encountering a MAE = NaN error. I am unable to understand the reasoning, any leads will be appreciated. thank you.
