Whole day events

When events span the whole day, no time information should appear.

Currently an event spanning one while day is displayed

• in the drawer, as "2011-11-28 Mon 12:00am" => replace with "2011-11-28 Mon"
• on the map as "November 28, Monday 12a-12a" => replace with "November 28, Monday"
