Export to txt charset mismatch issue

**Browser/OS:**
Chrome/Mac

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Add  item to any list
2. Type a sentence with latin extended charset, ie. "W dżdżysty dzień będę na łące dźwigał gałęzie"
3. Press TXT export in the lower right corner of the screen

**Expected result:**
Text is exported as it is

**Actual result:**
Text contains chars replacements

**Additional comment**
TSV export works ok
