Changes:

• Switch to oval USB holes.
• Switch around timers so that most single timers can be served by DMA.
• Add arrow to mark orientation.

• Route USB as differential pair.
• Add fiducials
• Remove copper pour from power connector.
• Use p-channel mosfet in reset circuit.
• Match up led numbering to references.
• Support current sensor.
• Remove 1.5k USB pull up. The F4 does it internally.
• Pull down Boot1 to ground so it boots.
• Add OSHW logo.
• Move the 3.5mm label out from under the connector.
