In this PR, we are migrating our SCSS files to the modern API.
This change removes all current SCSS deprecation warnings.
node-sasshas long been deprecated and is end of life (see Sass blog).After this PR,
node-sasswill no longer work with our SCSS files.If you are still using it, please switch to the
sassorsass-embeddedpackage, or replace the SCSS usage with plain CSS.
