Configure-MachineKeys.ps1 is unavailable

This no longer downloads a PS1 file, it grabs an HTML file, I would have to assume that Microsoft is no longer hosting the solution file.
Did you have a copy of this file from a previous deployment?
Could you substitute that file in, or provide it, so that we can borrow it for our deployment?
