Registering the gittorrent: URL scheme

Hi, I'm trying to get the gittorrent: URL scheme registered with IANA, and have drafted a registration document: https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/msg/uri-review/JlxllFUvhr87DUvic1iZ7mVch34
If anyone has feedback on it, I'd love to hear it, either here or on the uri-review mailing list.
