add some features

New:

• upgrade project to gradle project (with android studio)
• features:
  • favorites: your favs
  • login
  • logout
  • song submit (from your favorites, but we could also open another user favorites to rampage them)
  • message submit features.

Known bugs (for now):

• CVGM current song if one step earlier
• requesting a song raise a "too much frames skipped" warning (need to use AsynTask and guard the HttpClient with a lock or have a better HttpClient)
• Can't log to nectarine because of certificate error :( (change to http or manage the certificate)
