Optimise Pixhawk integration to the Jetson

Current speeds for reading data from the Pixhawk are not optimal.

We are exploring more optimal ways to read information from Pixhawk, including mavproxy, and will try to understand the pros and cons of the approach.

The second parameter (wait_ready) is used to determine whether connect() returns immediately on connection or if it waits until some vehicle parameters and attributes are populated. In most cases, you should use wait_ready=True to wait on the default set of parameters.

so the wait_ready function is to wait for all dronekit's attributes to be ready. Maybe there is by any chance some attribute(s) is/are blocking the dronekit so that it becomes too long to be initialized
