Updated EIA_downloader with normalization of megawatthour data for each energy source with respect to the yearly maximum value. Each maximum value is also stored in a region-specific CSV file under Optimize/csv/Eia_Hourly/Latest/max_MWh_values_yearly, while the hourly data are stored in Optimize/csv/Eia_Hourly/Latest/MWh_values. |

Updated EIA downloader script. The current version is not optimal but it works. It take about 1 - 1.5 minutes to download all the entries for one energy source.
